Building on our experience in machinery design and plastics thermoforming, Production Machinery Limited is now manufacturing innovative pulp thermoforming machinery.
Typically, recycled paper is used to produce products such as cups, plates, egg cartons, hamburger "clam shells" and a range of packaging materials.
Our machinery uses extremely high pressure and temperature to produce a quality smooth finish suitable for high resolution printing. The finished product has stable dimensions, and does not require further drying or processing.
